Andre to stay!- Wisdom signs contract till the end of the season.

It was delight for Warrington Town fans as former Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom extended his contract till the end of the season.

The 30 year old took a career break after being injured in a robbery while at EFL side Derby County. When Wisdom looked to return to the game, many were hesitant to bring in the experienced defender. Step forward Warrington Town.

The addition of Andre has been tremendous for the town, in his 12 appearances Warrington have only lost 3 games and find themselves 12th in the league. Andre's experience at the highest level has seen him play stand-out peformances in most of his games, with no sight of a career break visible in his play.

Warrington Town will hope to stay in the Vanarama National League North on and off the pitch. Although Andre has no control over the stadium expansion, he and everyone around the yellows will hope for a succesful season.
